Summary
A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 1 of Article 1 of Chapter 3 of Title 8 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the "Housing Authorities Law," so as to establish that certain past offenses shall not disqualify applicants from access to housing provided by housing authorities; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
