HOUSE BILL NO. 65

AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 25 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DELAWARE MANUFACTURED HOME RELOCATION TRUST FUND.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:

Section 1.Amend §7012, Title 25 of the Delaware Code by making insertions as shown by underlining and deletions as shown by strikethrough as follows:

� 7012.Delaware Manufactured Home Relocation Trust Fund.

(c) The Trust Fund terminates on ~~July 1, 2014~~July 1, 2019, unless terminated sooner or extended by the General Assembly.

SYNOPSIS

This Bill recognizes the importance of the Delaware Manufactured Home Relocation Trust Fund in providing stability for persons displaced by a change in a manufactured home community by extending the Trust Fund for an additional five (5) years to July 1, 2019.
