Summary
This Amendment adds provisions for: a twenty-one day filing deadline for candidacy prior to the Annual Municipal Election; a twenty day candidacy filing period; notification requirements for candidacy and elections; reference to the provisions of 15 Delaware Code Chapter 75 for election procedures and Board of Election requirements, procedures for declaring an uncontested election unnecessary and provides for proper gender references for Councilpersons.
