Summary
This bill is a housekeeping bill designed to, with respect to the amendment to Section 705 of Title 18, conform the lines of authority referenced therein to the form to be provided by each insurance company as furnished by the Insurance Commissioner and, with respect to the amendments to Sections 3109(a), 3574(b) and 4333(b), to fix typographical errors.
