Summary

If enacted this bill would bring the State into compliance with the Military and Overseas Voters Empowerment Act by giving the Departments of Elections sufficient time to prepare and send ballots to military and overseas voters at least 45 days before the day of the Special Election and give the Departments of Elections capability to run the Special Election in an efficient manner.
