This bill requires the Preliminary Land Use Service (PLUS) to determine whether a change to the New Castle County Unified Development Code (UDC) or an increase in density in a residential development plan is in compliance with the New Castle County Comprehensive Plan. The New Castle County Council may not approve of a change to the UDC or an increase in density in a residential development plan unless PLUS determines that the change or increase is in compliance with the County’s Comprehensive Plan.

An Act To Amend Title 9 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Changes In The New Castle County Unified Development Code And Density Increases In Residential Development Plans.
