Summary

In House Bills 10 and 142 of the first session of the 146th General Assembly, certain transactions engaged in by the Delaware City Refinery in the processes of acquiring raw materials, refining such materials, and distributing refined products were exempted from the Gross Receipts Tax. Similarly, this Act clarifies that additional transactions during these processes would also be exempted
