Summary

This bill relates to the Board of Chiropractic and makes two changes to House Substitute No. 1 for House Bill No. 435, as amended by House Amendments Nos. 1 and 2, of the 145th General Assembly, signed into law on July 30, 2010. Section 1 simplifies the process of calculating the cost sharing charged to patients for chiropractic care. Section 2 changes the effective date from July 1, 2011 to January 1, 2012.
