Summary
An act to amend Sections 14560, 14580, and 14581 of, and to amend, repeal, and add Section 14574 to, the Public Resources Code, and to amend Sections 13476 and 13480 of the Water Code, relating to the environment, making an appropriation therefor, and declaring the urgency thereof, to take effect immediately.
