Summary
An act to add Sections 3873.1 and 3873.2 to the Food and Agricultural Code, and to add Article 11 (commencing with Section 54260) to Chapter 5 of Part 1 of Division 2 of Title 5 of the Government Code, relating to the Del Mar Race Track and Fairgrounds, making an appropriation therefor, and declaring the urgency thereof, to take effect immediately.
