AN ACT
making an appropriation to the department of health services for outreach services.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriation; department of health services; outreach
The sum of $250,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2014-2015 to the department of health services for outreach services to the seriously mentally ill population for enrollment assistance in the health insurance marketplace or the Arizona health care cost containment system. The department shall distribute the monies appropriated by this section to regional behavioral health authorities or direct contract service providers for the purpose of providing the seriously mentally ill population access to certified application counselors, navigators and community assisters to assist in the enrollment process.
