Summary
An Act directing the Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation to transfer $22,700,000 from the principal of the mental health trust fund to a separate trust land development account; relating to the development of revenue-producing facilities on mental health trust land and to the Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority Subport Office Building; authorizing the issuance of certificates of participation for construction of the building; approving leases of all or part of the building by the Department of Administration; authorizing the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation to acquire the building that it occupies for an amount that does not exceed $14,500,000; and providing for an effective date.
